When did you join Microban?

May 2024.

How did you come to work for Microban?

I started working in the regulatory field for chemical industry giant, BASF, first supporting regulatory affairs in an industrial chemicals segment and then later transitioning to support regulatory affairs in their agricultural chemicals segment. During my tenure at BASF, I saw a posting on LinkedIn for a Regulatory Affairs role at Microban, only about 10 minutes from my home, and thought how interesting; literally 2-3 hours later, a recruiter for the exact same role reached out to me to gauge interest, the rest is history!

What do you do at Microban?

I am a Regulatory Affairs Manager working every day to help protect Microban’s license to operate by ensuring our products continue to meet the regulatory and compliance requirements as currently mandated by specific regions around the world.

What's your favorite aspect of the job?

The daily challenges, I enjoy working in a space where I get to interact with most of my colleagues daily. My role requires frequent interaction across functions. Working with my colleagues to put all the little pieces together to bring a protective solution to the marketplace is an amazing feeling.
