1. What's a motto you live by at work?
"Strive for progress, not perfection." This motto encourages me to focus on continuous growth and learning, rather than becoming fixated on achieving perfect outcomes.
2. How do you stay motivated/inspired in your career?
I stay motivated by trying to maintain a healthy work-life balance and spending time with friends and family. It helps me recharge and stay energized for new challenges in my work.
3. If your life had a theme song, what would it be and why?
If I were to choose a song as a theme song for my life, it would be "Chale Chalo" from a Bollywood movie called "Lagaan." It's an uplifting anthem that celebrates perseverance, unity, teamwork, and the courage to chase one's dream against all odds. There are some values that inspire me in my personal and professional endeavors.
4. What's your favorite way to unwind after a busy day at work?
One of my favorite ways to unwind after work is going on a walk with my dog. It helps me clear my mind and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. Also being with family and friends helps me recharge and feel rejuvenated.
5. If you could bring back any fashion trend, what would it be?
To begin with I am not a fashion enthusiast but a fashion trend which I would love to see again is the 1970's bohemian fashion. This era was characterized by free spirited styles, electric patterns which reflected a sense of individuality.
6. If you could time travel to the past or future, what era or moment would you visit?
I would be interested in visiting a time when artificial intelligence and automation have significantly transformed the society, workforce and made the world highly automated and a better place to live.
7. If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be and why?
I would choose to become fluent in multiple languages. Being able to communicate effectively in various languages enables meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds and enhances travel experiences.
8. If you could switch departments in the company for a day, which department would it be and why?
I'd be interested in joining the Product Development department. I'd like to experience the process of brainstorming new ideas, conducting market research, and learning how customer feedback is incorporated into the development process.
9. What advice would you give to someone starting in your field?
Never stop learning and stay curious.
