What is your favorite thing about working in the antimicrobial industry?
I really enjoy the variety of experiences and exposure that working in the antimicrobial industry provides. We pride ourselves at Microban on being able to treat any substrate or surface and solving real world problems, which is redeeming. Each day brings a new and unique challenge.
In order to do this, we have to provide a variety of different products and product forms in order to integrate with finished products without changing the CTQs of that product. We also have to be able to integrate within the manufacturing process without upsetting other variables of products. Lastly, we need to be able to deliver our solutions globally to our partners with the highest of quality, while being mindful of an ever-changing regulatory environment.
If you could have dinner with anyone, living or deceased, who would it be?
I think it would be an incredible experience to dine with Julia Child. What a trailblazer and fountain of knowledge.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Perfectly cooked filet medallions topped with gorgonzola crust, twice cooked potato, haricot verts with almonds, chopped salad, all paired with a beautiful burgundy, and for dessert - flan.
