The International Roofing Expo (IRE) is one of the largest events in the roofing industry, bringing together thousands of professionals from all over the world to showcase the latest products, technologies, and trends in the field.
This year's event took place in Dallas, Texas from 7-9 March. Microban was thrilled to occupy Booth 8725 in Halls A-E.
Sustainable roofing, powered by Microban technology
Microban was proud to debut MicroGuard, a unique line of antimicrobial chemistries for PVC roofing applications, at IRE 2023.
Heralded as an alternative to OBPA, MicroGuard utilizes highly effective non-metal chemistries that work to protect treated products against the deleterious effects of fungal growth. The technology can be incorporated into roofing materials to enhance their cleanliness and durability, making them more sustainable without compromising on quality.
Roofing manufacturers from across the globe visited the Microban booth to learn more about MicroGuard. The technology excited the industry and Microban is excited to be working on a number of new opportunities as a result of conversations at IRE.
